Return and Refund Policy

At Karkhanah SMC (Pvt.) Ltd., we ensure our furniture meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. Please carefully review our terms regarding returns, modifications, and order cancellations.

Returns & Refunds

  • No Returns: We do not offer returns or refunds if the product is delivered as ordered and is in good condition.
  • Immediate Inspection: All issues, damages, or defects must be reported to our team at the time of delivery.
  • Acceptance of Goods: Any unreported issues after the delivery has been completed will be considered full acceptance of the product, and no subsequent return or refund claims will be entertained.

Order Modifications

  • Changes to your order are allowed up to 10 days before the scheduled delivery date.
  • The revised order value must be equal to or higher than the original order value.
  • If an order is modified, please note that a new delivery timeline will apply.
  • Absolutely no changes are allowed once the order has been dispatched from our facility.

Cancellation Policy

  • Post-Payment: Because our items are prepared and allocated upon order, orders cannot be canceled after the 100% advance payment has been confirmed.
  • Delayed Collection: If you delay the collection or receiving of your delivery beyond 30 days from when it is ready, the order will be canceled, resulting in a 20% deduction from your payment.
  • Karkhanah SMC (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion at any time.
